Welcome to How to Convert, operated by Merlinsbeard Pty Ltd ("we," "our," "us"). By accessing or using https://howtoconvert.co or the How to Convert application (the "Site"), you, (the "Licensee" agree to these Terms & Services ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of Services

2.2. Due to the nature of digital products, How to Convert cannot be refunded or exchanged once access is granted.

8. Digital Signatures
All software executables provided on this Site are distributed by Merlinsbeard Pty Ltd and are digitally signed for verification purposes. The code signing certificate on Windows is registered to Jake Manger, the lead developer, acting on behalf of Merlinsbeard Pty Ltd. The digital signature ensures that the executable has not been altered after distribution by Merlinsbeard Pty Ltd.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia.
